About me
My BSc was done in Local Government Studies, a subset of Public Administration at the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife.
My desire to understand the government as an institution of the state in regards to how policies are made and executed motivated my studying Local Government since it is the level of government that is easily accessible to the people by virtue of its proximity to the hoi polloi.
Studying Local Government has not only given me the requisite knowledge of how governments in Nigeria operates but has also extended my frontier of knowledge of government operations in other nations of the world through comparative studies.
My students would better appreciate the subject matter I would be engaging them in as I would always try to communicate the origin or background of the subject matter after which I can build on the various ''Ws'' of ''Why, What, Where, Who, When & How'' etc. wherever applicable.
They will also be engaging in classroom discussion to ensure nobody is left out in the study.
I will also by way of bringing humor and friendliness ask questions from them that would not only stretch their minds but also bring fulfillment to them after each class.
I will like to help them see the potentials in them even in the one that might have a low self esteem and work on his or her psychology to get him/her up to speed.
