About me
I am a graduate of English Language from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State (Ondo State University). I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Education, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Award Scheme Developmental Accredited Network (ASDAN), UK, Cognitive Behavioral Intervention (CBI), Differential Reinforcement (DR), Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), Understanding Special Educational Needs (SEN), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Emerging from Crisis: Covid-19 for ECD programs, and Speech-Language (SL).
I am a passionate Special Education Needs/ English Teacher with five (7) years of working experience as a private tutor and presently working as a Speech Therapist/SEN teacher at Premier International School, Abuja. I have keen knowledge and experience in Special Education/Literacy and working with children living with Speech delay and Learning disabilities such as Autism, Specific and General Learning Disabilities such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, Cerebral Palsy, Down syndrome, and other special education services. I have been successful with the children I worked with as many of them made obvious developments in their set goals.
I prepare children living with Learning Disabilities/Difficulties for a transition into adulthood and independent living through vocational skills acquisition.
