About me
With a post diploma in education and over 10 years of hands-on teaching experience, it is of my goal to combine my range of experience, with my ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic, intelligent teacher who will make a positive contribution to the teaching profession.
My solid creative, instructional and leadership capabilities over the past 10 years had led to the wonderful opportunity of teaching a diverse group of students, and as a result, I have developed highly effective teaching techniques and instructional methods, which have allowed me to educate all styles of learners, and foster a fun, engaging and a positive learning environment.
One of my greatest strength as an educator is meeting each student's unique needs by developing a personal understanding of each of them. I am able to achieve this by seeing and assessing my students as individuals and tailoring lesson plans to accommodate multiple intelligences. Furthermore, I ensure that all my students are able to grasp learning concepts and enhance their personal skills by providing hands-on manipulative and fun activities. I utilize these strategies to introduce new concepts, establish a connection between the classroom and everyday life, and to foster an engaging learning atmosphere.
Finally, I establish a good rapport with my students and I let them feel that I love teaching and being with them.
