About me
I am currently in 300L studying Human Kinetics and Sports Science in the faculty of Education in Uniben. In the faculty of Education,we are taught on teaching,teaching process,teaching styles /methods. It is a practice that we are sent out to secondary schools for a particular period of time,afterwards we are assessed by our supervisor and lecturer and it is recorded as part of our exam. In the school,i taught students in Jss1-3 PHE,Basic Science.i engaged in extra lessons for students who required it. I had several talks with the students,teaching them on how to be better and do better in the performance (school)and in life(family,friendship). I contributed in the school's cultural week and facilitated showcase of some cultures. all students that i taught performed more in your exams. My teaching is child centered . I used the demonstration method when teaching. I do a visual presentation of the skills studied and the students follow suite too.This has helped the students to gain mastery of the subject

My teaching methods are child-centered ;all teachings are centered on the child. Another teaching method i apply is demonstration method which i act out or practise the topics being taught to the student. In demonstrating,it helps the child to understand the topic and gain mastery of the subject.
