About me
I'm Olayiwola, Oluwakayode Solomon having National Diploma (ND) in Science Laboratory Technology, Higher National Diploma (HND) in Science Laboratory Technology (Biochemistry Option) and Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Human Anatomy. Also Chartered Institute in Environment, Health and Safety (CIEHS).
Have worked in both Hospital and Pharmaceutical company as a State Manager / Medical sales Representative and also at El-Salmat Pharmaceutical Company as a Laboratory Scientist. I also run the company in the absence of Zonal Manager, controlling and supervising a team of twelve.
I am highly experience in teaching, monitoring and testing protocols, quality assurance standards, equipments calibration. Additional relevant skills include mentoring new technicians, completing documentation and maintaining compliance. I am adapted at working with both efficiency and accuracy and know how to multi-task effectively in fast-placed, high-volume environments. My attention to detail and organizational skills reduce errors, and my strong communication and interpersonal abilities help the team maintain a cohesive and productive environment.
