I first access a child to know his/her academic strengths and weaknesses. Having identified the weak areas, I develop an individualized instructional plan for that particular student, which focuses on boosting its interest and motivating him/her to learn. I represent abstract ideas with concrete materials that the student can relate with and understand better.
Finally, I teach students systematically from simple to complex.

I teach students the basic skills in English Language, which includes reading, writing, spelling as well as using correct pronunciation of words (diction) in speech. I teach student how to transcribe words into speech and how to read transcribed words in dictionary for proper pronunciation.

I can also handle students with special educational needs and disabilities.
