About me
My name is Anita and as a graduate honors technology major at Accra Institute of Technology, I have a very strong interest in teaching, knowing that communication aided with technology is non-negotiable to achieving success in students. With experience working in the technology world as a web developer as well as in activities outside of a traditional classroom, I have a diverse background with much to offer.
My first classroom teaching experience was during high school when I served as a volunteer religion head teacher at a local church for three years. In addition, I have taught a secondary school student in preparation for the WAEC exams, am interested in teaching Mathematics, Physics, Biology and English.
I particularly enjoy carrying out the transfer of knowledge which is coined from the techie teams that I have been a part of, I truly love team work and therefore to teach I carefully prepare my lessons which allows me to break down complicated concepts to simple examples that my student could grasp, which is rewarding for both my students and for me.
My experience of teaching has been fulfilling. Managing the difference of abilities among my students proved difficult, but gratifying, challenging. I tailored activities to maintain the interest of my students without intimidating less-skilled students (English speakers).

She did her best especially in teaching the math. The only downside was the Cambridge where the student needed a very short time to prepare for the test. All in all she is a good tutor.
