Yes, but you pay a commission fee only for students with whom you have started your lesson. In case there were no lessons - you do not pay any commission.
It is suggested but not compulsory. You may want to upload a copy of your diploma and other distinctions that you may have to your profile to make it stand out. Uploading such documents is a good practise that lifts your chances of being accepted as a tutor.
Students find your profile by performing a search on the website using various search criteria. Additionally, you may also manually search through vacant requests and propose yourself to a students.
We will inform you about your new students via SMS-notifications, email and a push notification to app (if it’s installed).
Once your profile is fully completed and checked by the manager, you may assign yourself to vacant requests from your back office. Also, students will now be able to see your profile on the catalog and choose you as a tutor.
Your rating defines your listing position in our catalog. Rating is formed based on the completion of your profile (uploaded diplomas, extra description, quality of the uploaded photo), paid requests, reviews from students, blog.
It all starts with a quality profile. Informative and completed profile is a good place to start. Be creative, tell your clients more about your tutoring experience and methods that you use. Be prompt, respond to new requests as soon as you can, pay on time.
Your student pays directly to you by any means preferable for both sides.
