About me
I am a graduate of Home Economics Education.I teach Foods and nutrition and Catering Craft.I also teach the practical aspect like table setting,napkin folds , cocktails drinks , local and continental dishes, pasteries, cake making and cake decorations .With all these ,I also impart the importance of the nutritional aspect of foods.My teaching methods are discussion and practical so as to give the overall of the topic before I get to the practical aspect of it.This have made my students to have a good knowledge of the topic and can do the practical aspects with little or no supervision.They have also excel in their exams.
