About me
I had my secondary school education at federal Government college warri . I then proceeded for my tertiary education at University of Benin , Benin city . I studied pure and applied chemistry . After my graduation I had a one year stint as a maths/Chemistry at eloba secondary school . I also served at hussey college warri teaching chemistry for one year . My teaching method is to make the students more involved in learning by been first more friendly . It created an atmosphere for questions in which I encouraged them to research on such questions . As time went on the students no longer asked me questions but sought for knowledge theirselves . The effect of such method was that all the students I left learnt to draw knowledge from the well themselves . All are doing well presently and don't even request for tutors anymore as it has been indoctrinated in them that learning is a self conscious effort.
Sciences - details about teaching experience:
I tend to act more as a brotherly figure than that menacing teacher like figure students are used to . I treat them more like individuals and remind them that their success is in their hands by conciously involving them in all activities . My method has led to an attitude of self discovery in all my previous students . The advantage is that when I eventually leave my students they are able and willing to draw their own knowledge from the fountain of books without any assistance
