About me
My teaching experience cut across nursery through primary to secondary schools in many parts of southern Nigeria.
I adopt a learner-focused approach (individualized and group) to teaching. I awaken the imaginative powers of my students through thought-provoking questions. This approach, I have discovered built their confidence, promoted a collaborative spirit and ensured good results.
My teaching career started in 1999 at Omolere Primary School, Ilesha, Osun State. I later joined God's Heritage School, Ilesha, Osun State in 2000.
I taught at Bestfold International School, Odogunyan, Ikorodu, Lagos State before joining Shalom Academy, Nsukka, Enugu State in 2011. I left Shalom Academy Nsukka for Redeemer's International High School, Asaba, Delta in 2016. It was from Redeemer's International High School that I joined the services of Graceville High School, Okpanam, Delta State in the same 2016, where I currently work.
I have taught Social Studies and Security Education in the past. Currently, I teach Civic Education and Government.
Since 2014, I have been a WAEC Examiner and in 2020, I was enlisted as NECO Examiner.
I am also an ICT guru. I teach students basic computer literacy and internet marketing skills through the Asaba Digital Academy.
I have been known for excellence and promise same to students from this Platform.
