About me
I am an English Scholar and I have experiences teaching English in all its aspects to students of various levels of study; especially secondary and tertiary levels. I have my B.A and M.A in English from the prestigious University of Lagos. I have trained students that have excelled in secondary terminal examinations (SSCE, JAMB) and tutored undergraduates in their challenging course works. I have at some point taught Business English; for business practitioners that need to polish their spoken English and know how well to write business documents.
One very important methodology that I have adopted is active class participation from my students. I also state the objectives of the lesson to prepare the students' mind on how far we are going to tread on a particular topic. For every topic that I teach, I am always very passionate that my students will understand it better as myself as quick as possible. My guide to teaching as been, "until my students get this particular topic...I don't move to the next."
