About me
Graduating as one of the best in my department, being the Vice President of my CDS group during NYSC, acquiring a professional certificate in tutoring on safety, teaching students for over 2 years have all aided to mould my experience in teaching and getting the best too.
In my over 2 years of teaching, I use the following:
Teacher-student relationship: Here, I establish a healthy relationship with my students which enables them to be free and aid their learning.
Student autonomy: The students are allowed to independently express themselves and their thoughts during class sessions by asking questions and contributing as well. This boosts their confidence and makes them stand out.
Focus on Literacy: Teaching aims to produce a learned society where our children can we'll express and exhibit what they are taught. To achieve learning, I use reading, debate, quizzes.
Finally, I pray for my students. Wisdom and knowledge come from God. The ability to learn, retain and remember are from God as well.
