I aim at giving students more of a PRACTICAL knowledge and little of theory on their area of discipline. This is helpful and advantageous because many young graduates or students out there, don't have a job on their own (they depend on government jobs) because of the THEORETICAL knowledge they possess, which is good but not helpful as it doesn't produce any experience in their subject or area of study.
