For beginners I have been able to teach them how to read from the scratch, using my play away methods. And for adult learners I make them feel comfortable by first finding out where they missed it and letting them know it's not their fault, that they missed it somewhere in their foundation. So I focus on that while gradually pushing them to learn more. Also in preparing students for exams I find out where they have challenges and build them there, I give the students a pre exam experience as wel
