About me
My first formal music training was At Destiny House music school. After six months of training at Destin House, I decided to furthermore, of which I obtained a National Diploma in music at The Polytechnic, Ibadan.
I was also trained by Mr. Adesanya Adeyeye, director of African High Arts Orchestra Ibadan, for few months.
I major in General music theory, piano, and minor I guitar.
The method of my transfer of knowledge to the student will be the use of Suzuki's methods/ mother tongue method of teaching music. Samples of what are embedded in these methods includes the under listed; (I) Definition of music, (ii) types of music, (III) qualities and types of sounds, (iv) ear training, (v) music harmonization etc. These are key in building a very strong foundation in the development of one's musical potentials.
My students should expect to have good sound knowledge of music, being able to play their instrument to an extent and have a good basic knowledge of harmony and harmonization/splitting of parts. In General, have a good knowledge of how quality music is done.
