About me
I have obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Education in English Language with a 2:1 from University of Nigeria and a Masters degree in Linguistics from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. I have worked hand-in-hand with various professionals of learning where I gained practical experience and expertise in the field. In addition, I have admirable research publications and teaching experiences with younger and older students. I studied the Cambridge Primary Online Professional course and attained the Cambridge International Examination (CIE) certificate. Also, I obtained the Teacher Knowledge Test (TKT) Cambridge certificate with a Band 3 qualification in its three modules. I have an extensive skill in computer and have worked as the e-learning and research coordinator in a British school.
My teaching methods and styles vary depending on the level/class of students. I mostly prefer the learner-centered for younger students and the interactive method for older students. My teaching strategies include: Visualization and practical learning experience, Cooperative learning, Inquiry-based instruction, Differentiation, Flexible teaching, Project based learning. These are applied depending on the course and kind/level of students involved.
