About me
I am a graduate of the University of Benin, with a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology (second class upper division) which I obtained in 2000.
I have tutored at various tutorial outfits and secondary schools, and have offered private home tutoring services from 2002 till date, and online tutoring services from 2020 till date.
I have had a high success rate with students whom I have prepared for both local and international examinations. Even individuals who have been written off by people around them in their immediate society have blossomed under my tutelage.
My teaching methodology involves the use of inquiry-based learning and direct instruction, coupled with modelling and formative assessment. I also employ summative assessment. All these allow me to achieve my primary aim, which is creating an environment where I am able to effectively reach out to my student and impart knowledge in a manner that can be clearly understood, while at the same time keeping the student interested and focused.
