About me
My name is Anayo Ayodele EZENNIA.
I received a B.A. (Hons) in Philosphy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Nigeria, and I am currently undergoing a Master’s Degree program in Managerial Psychology at University of Lagos, Nigeria.
My experience with children spans over eighteen years across schools in Lagos and Portharcourt in Nigeria. In 2009, I also provided cognitive skills training to children in Rondesbosch, Capetown, South Africa where I was certified to train children with learning difficulties. I have been able to receive a Diploma in Special Needs from Alison Online, and also Certificates in Applied Behaviour Analysis(ABA), Occupational Therapy, and Working with Children with Special Needs.
Following the attainment of motherhood and my interactions with parents whose children have learning difficulties, a passion to understand their needs and contribute to providing solutions has evolved and endures. This passion to provide solutions is reinforced by the outstanding results achieved with children who have had the opportunity to work with me.
This same passion is the driving force behind my volunteer program at the Compassion Centre for Physically Disabled Children, at Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt, in 2011, where I offered free cognitive skills training to children with learning difficulties. In 2016, the same desire to see slow learners succeed academically motivated me to provide free cognitive training to 18 children at Omega Power Ministries (A popular Pentecostal Church in Portharcourt, Nigeria).
While I highlight my strong points at the office front, my achievements at the home front must not be overlooked. I will not hesitate to mention that I am a proud mother of four grown up daughters and my jobs at the Learning Centers and the school never clashed with child care/upbringing of my daughters.
With the above, I believe that you will have no doubt that I am best qualified in experience, patience, maturity, resilience and love for children, to handle the duties expected of me in your organization without much difficulty.
