I use the best tools available to bring to the student's minds to things being taught to avoid distractions. I encourage and motivate students to learn, relearn and understand by placing complete focus on what is important and relevant. Being able to take a break when necessary, give rooms for questioning and always available to discuss other issues has helped in resolving students academic problems overtime.
