I prefer one-on-one education in which the authority, facilitator, and delegate roles are alternated. I have no reason to doubt the effectiveness of my teaching strategy because it has been working beautifully thus far.

It is, in my opinion, very adjustable. I don't really have a favorite teaching approach or technique of relating to kids in a classroom setting. Because each class and each lesson, in my opinion, are unique, a competent teacher should always adapt their instruction to the audience, the degree of order in the class, the level of difficulty of the lesson, and other factors.
