About me
I am a specialist that creates a purposeful learning environment; adapt syllabus according to the
individual learner to deliver an active and innovative teaching via learning styles that are both inside
and outside the lessons.
Working with children with special needs such as; speech delays, Autism, Down syndrome, cerebral
palsy to mention a few. I have acquired necessary skills such as developing individualized educational plans (IEP), tracking and documenting clients’ progress, reviewing intervention plans using the principle of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to help client improve social play, language and academic skills while helping to reduce interfering behavior, maintaining communication with clients and their families.
Furthermore, I have profound experience in evaluating and assessing children with special learning needs with the use of Assessment of Basis Language and Learning Skills (ABLLS-R) and Assessment for functional living skills (AFLS).
